

PINAR AKKAYA
With a successful track record of high performance results during her career with local and multinational companies, Pınar Akkaya has been involved in almost every aspect of HR, in many different cultures and industries. Her experience includes prestigious positions in highly reputable companies such as Nike, Leroy Merlin and Li&Fung.

In 2011, Pinar launched Signature Communication, her own training company. Signature specializes in communication training, intercultural training and leadership&change modules.
Pinar’s second brand, Collaï, is a brand that specializes in strategic facilitation for meetings and in-house facilitator training and assessment. Signature and Collaï’s references include several reputable multinational companies like Bosch, Nestlé, Shell, Cargill and Pernod Ricard.
Fluent in English, French and Italian, Pinar is based in London and works across Europe. She is in demand as a keynote speaker, strategic facilitator and expert on cross-cultural consulting matters. She is keenly interested in gastronomy, linguistics, different cultures and new technologies.
Pinar is a certified trainer from World Bank, an accredited INSIGHTS facilitator from Insights Benelux, a certified intercultural consultant from Berlitz Paris, a certified Trimetrix trainer from TTI Insights, a Member of International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and a certified trainer in Personal Branding&Image with London Image Institute.

Pinar holds a DipWSET diploma on wine from WSET London and has a dedicated brand for her wine business, Juliette Wine, where she offers cellar curation services, restaurant consultancy and wine education for senior executives. She also acts as jury member in international wine competitions such as Austria Wine Challenge and International Wine Challenge.
Pinar has founded the Apm Club Istanbul, and has been the facilitator of both Apm Club Istanbul and London Trigger for 8 years. She is a member of the Strategic Committee of Excelia Business School in La Rochelle, France since 2013 and a lecturer in European School of Economics in London since 2018.
